We currently have an opening on our Edmonton team for a PLANT MANAGER.  While supervising a staff of approximately 20 people the PLANT MANAGER is responsible for all aspects of day to day operation of our Edmonton production and warehousing facilities.  Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager the PLANT MANAGER will oversee all aspects of production, operations, maintenance, warehousing, plus shipping/receiving in accordance with policies, budgets, and procedures. Keeping safety at the forefront the PLANT MANAGER will ensure smooth operation of the facility while maintaining the integrity of procedures and quality systems. 
 
Salary will be negotiated and will be based on qualifications and experience.   This is a non-shiftwork opportunity located in Edmonton Alberta.  Normal business hours are Monday to Friday with minimal weekend or holiday work.  ClearTech provides a company vehicle, cell phone, and laptop computer along with all required safety equipment and footwear.  In addition ClearTech offers a comprehensive benefit package which includes: competitive wages, profit sharing plan, annual cost of living adjustments, company pension program, eye and dental coverage, medical and drug plans, plus other benefits to be detailed upon acceptance.
 
The successful candidate will have related experience in a production environment in conjunction with supervisory duties.  Basic computer literacy is also a fundamental requisite as are hands on maintenance abilities and troubleshooting skills.  Preference will be given to those with direct experience in the chemical industry, power engineering certification, and with quality system knowledge.
