Customer Service Representative

We are now looking to fill a permanent, full-time position in our Customer Service Centre located at our Head Office in Saskatoon.  As a key member of our team, you will thrive in a fast-paced and increasingly digital environment utilizing your superior customer service and relationship-building skills. 

Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Start Date: Immediate
Term: Full-time, permanent
Salary: bi-weekly salary, quarterly profit share

This position reports directly to ClearTech’s Customer Service Supervisor.  As a member of our highly motivated team of CSRs, you are confident about leveraging technology and your customer service experience to handle orders, quotes and inquiries about our products and services.

  • Handle customer inquiries accurately, efficiently and professionally
  • Support an experienced and driven team of Account Managers
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure unrivaled customer service
Key Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Learn new technology and adapt to ongoing digital transformation
  • Record of continuous learning and growth
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • High need for accuracy; ingrained attention to detail
  • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
  • Manages multiple ongoing tasks at once and sets priorities
  • Receptive to constructive feedback
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in oral and written French is considered an asset
Beyond ClearTech’s diverse and inclusive corporate culture, the company offers above average starting salaries, a generous profit-sharing plan, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension.  Hours of operation 8:30am EST – 4:00pm PST, Monday through Friday.  Earned Day Off (EDO) schedule is an option.  No weekends.
