Software Administrator – Level 1

We have a position open for a Software Administrator – Level 1.

Reporting directly to Special Projects, the Software Administrator – Level 1 will initially be working within software environments including NetSuite, NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, and Microsoft Office programs including, but not limited to, SharePoint and Excel while growing with the company as it transforms its digital profile. The successful candidate will be required to lead the development, administration, and configuration within each software environment.

Responsibilities include:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve stakeholder issues in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Day-to-day maintenance and development.
  • Recommending site improvements, planning, and establishing project framework and identifying project milestones to ensure the project is completed on time and within specifications.
  • Communication with multiple stakeholders and translating business needs to technical solutions while applying best practices in IT security, governance, and change management.
  • Complete other duties as required.
A post secondary degree/certificate or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is required with a focus on programming languages including but not limited to Javascript/HTML/Python/Java/SQL. High competencies within Microsoft Excel and database administration. The successful candidate will have the willingness to learn and ability to work independently or as part of team. Other requirements include but are not limited to strong problem-solving skills, ability to leverage internal and/or external resources, ability to multitask, ability to set priorities in a rapidly changing environment, effective verbal and written communication skills, and flexibility to deal with the unexpected. Training will be provided as identified and required.

Salary will be based on qualifications and experience. ClearTech offers an excellent working environment to help you achieve your full potential and a comprehensive benefit package. This position is located at our Head Office in Saskatoon. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM.
