Customer Service Representative

We are now looking to fill a permanent, full-time position in our Customer Service Centre located at our Head Office in Saskatoon.  As a key member of our team, you will thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment utilizing your superior customer service and relationship-building skills. 

Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Start Date: Immediate
Term: Full-time, permanent
Salary: bi-weekly salary, quarterly profit share
Description:  This position reports directly to ClearTech’s Customer Service Supervisor.  As a member of our highly motivated team of CSRs, you are responsible for processing orders and quotes, and handling inquiries concerning product, orders, and service.    

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries accurately, efficiently and professionally
  • Support an experienced and driven team of Sales Representatives
  • Work together with fellow CSRs and other departments within ClearTech (e.g. production, shipping, purchasing, accounting) to ensure unrivaled customer service

Key Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel; advanced keyboarding skills
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • High need for accuracy; ingrained attention to detail
  • Demonstrated success working under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
  • Capacity to manage multiple ongoing tasks at once
  • Receptive to constructive feedback; adaptable to change
  • Fluency in oral and written French is considered an asset

Beyond ClearTech’s diverse and inclusive corporate culture, the company offers above average starting salaries, a generous profit-sharing plan, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension.  Hours of operation 8:30am EST – 4:00pm PST, Monday through Friday.  Earned Day Off (EDO) schedule is an option.  No weekends.
